ESTIMATED DELIVERY TIMES
We do our best to ensure that your order arrives when you expect it. The delivery dates for your order will be communicated to you during checkout.
Standard delivery may take 3 to 12 business days.
Please note: delivery times may be extended during public holidays. During holidays, please refer to the estimated delivery dates provided at checkout. Delivery times for items ordered during peak periods may take up to 2 additional days longer than usual.
SHIPPING OPTIONS
We offer a range of shipping options based on your availability.
Standard shipping is free worldwide. If you choose our insured and expedited shipping option, your products will arrive faster. If anything happens to your products during shipping, your payment will be refunded unconditionally.
RETURNS & REFUNDS
You must notify us of the product you wish to return within 15 days of receiving the product; otherwise, your return will not be accepted.
Personalized products are excluded from returns.
If you do not notify us of a damaged product within 5 days, your return will not be accepted.
You have the right to an unconditional return within 15 days. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Additional fees and tips paid for insured and expedited shipping are non-refundable.
Refunds are processed after the returned item reaches the return address we provide. This process may take up to 2 business days after the shipment arrives.
If the product has been used, it is not eligible for the 15-day return.
Used products are not eligible for a 15-day return period.
