Terms of Use
The following terms and conditions apply to all orders placed via our online shop that have been accepted by both you and us.
By placing products in the online shop, we make a binding offer to conclude a contract for these products. Before submitting your binding order, you may add products to your shopping cart and modify the details of your order during the ordering process before incurring any obligations. The contract is concluded when you accept our offer by clicking the order button for the products contained in the shopping cart.
The current language for concluding the contract is English.
If the goods are delivered with obvious damage incurred during transport, please report such defects to the delivery agent as soon as possible and contact us immediately. Failure to file a complaint or to contact us will have no effect on your statutory claims or their enforcement, in particular your warranty rights. However, doing so will help us assert our own rights against the carrier or the insurance company.
We always bear unlimited liability for claims arising from damages caused by us, our legal representatives, or our agents. In the event of a breach due to slight negligence on our part of essential contractual obligations—those obligations whose fulfillment is necessary for the proper execution of the contract and on which the contractual partner may regularly rely—the liability of our legal representatives or agents is limited to the foreseeable amount at the time the contract was concluded. Generally, foreseeable damages are limited. In all other cases, claims for damages are excluded.
Consumers generally have a right of withdrawal. Further information regarding the right of withdrawal can be found in the return conditions.
The prices indicated are total prices, unless otherwise stated in the seller’s product description.
If the seller offers to ship the goods, delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer within the delivery area indicated by the seller, unless otherwise agreed. The delivery address specified by the seller during the ordering process is decisive for the completion of the transaction.
If delivery of the goods fails for reasons attributable to the customer, the reasonable costs incurred by the seller shall be borne by the customer. This does not apply to shipping costs if the customer effectively exercises their right of withdrawal. If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal, return shipping costs shall be governed by the provisions specified in the seller’s return policy.
The seller reserves the right to withdraw from the contract in the event of defective or improper delivery. If the goods are unavailable or only partially available, the customer will be informed immediately and any payments made will be refunded without delay.
In all legal relationships between the parties, U.S. law shall apply, excluding the laws governing international sales of movable goods.
